Heart jams meet Jump jams.
There’s nothing like jumping to get the heart rate up. It’s not only a great way to interval cardio train, but also an awesome way to sneak in some bone building, calorie burning, mood lifting, heart healthy, VO2 max increasing, coordination improving, and foot and ankle strengthening ! Whoa! Did you get all that?! But don’t be wary and don’t think high impact, joint damaging. Think low impact, short spurts, fast results ! Get ready to jump on the Pilates Reformer with the jumpboard, or on the floor with jumping jacks or split lunges for example, or on the Trampoline, amidst strengthening Pilates sequences.
