Fit Body Sculpt

Instructor: Kristine Chaussard

Level: Intermediate++

TTBS fitball.. *Equipment Needed :     Mat. Fitball. Long Box or Household Chair. Resistance Band.

Focus :     TTBS fitball = Totally toned body sculpting. We isolate every stabilizing muscle in the body; meanwhile, seriously challenging our balance using multiple props and balancing on top the ball.

Class Level :     Intermediate – Advanced.

The Course of this Class :     Because there is nothing like the fit ball! Today get ready to play using multiple props, so you are going to be challenged in coordination and balance as we do some stunts! This will get you results! Get ready for roll backs, bridge, elevated teaser, tendon stretch, front plank, kneeling side kicks, plank, swan and more. We’ll move in every plane and we’ll get a whole body workout. We’re going to challenge our focus and concentration skills as well with all these props, it’ll be fun, join me.

Goals :     Building a tighter, more toned silhouette.
